They are also the founders and primary instructors at ConsultingStance.com, an online community and training resource for consultants. They have a combined total of more than 35 years in the consulting industry and their advice is based on personal experience in the trenches as consultants, clients, and consulting firm owners. |

This is an example of the Action Items spreadsheet we used several years ago. The document was stored on a server that we all had access to so that everyone was responsible for maintaining it. (This really only works for teams of fewer than five people.)
Today, we are huge fans of Google Docs because any number of people can collaborate on one document and no one has to keep track of who has the document. No matter which tool you use, this template will give you a guideline for how to set up your Action Items tracking. |

Christine created this Design Guide for an application implementation project where each Business Analyst was responsible for creating the User Training materials for their application. This document provided the guidelines for development because most of the team members had never written a user training guide before and the project manager wanted them all to follow a common design. It was very well received. |
